30 Days of 3.0 – Day 26: Real-Time Chat
Welcome to Day 26 in our “30 Days of 3.0” series. Yesterday, we talk to you about the other way we use the new slide-up tray, to make it easier to create new items. Today, we’re going to talk about a super-simple way to get help from us, anytime you need it.
You probably aren’t aware of this, but we’ve actually had real-time chat available in the app for quite some time. The problem was, it was buried back in our old Help pop-up, and then it was behind a second tab. So we don’t blame you if you didn’t know about it.
We wanted to keep the chat out of the way, but still accessible in as many places as possible. So we embedded it in the tray docked to the bottom. That way, you can see it in both the “New Item” and “Learning Center” experiences.

So since we took chat out of the Help dialog, and changed the “Help” button to open the “Learning Center” instead, what did we do with the Help dialog? Come back tomorrow and find out. I’ll see you then, and as always, I hope you have a fantastic day! :)
