Release Notes for Build 10/16
The following is a summary of the changes for the build released on October 16th, 2013.
- Cash Flow Comparison Report - Our best report yet. This addition to the Reports tab on the Property Details page allows you to see our method of calculating Effective Gross Income (which happens to be the Retail way) compared with the way Current Cash Flow and Pro Forma Cash Flow are presently calculated. This method lets you recalculate the old methods with a varying Vacancy Factor, so you can see exactly what kind of effect more accurate vacancy calculations have on the actual cash flow. We'll be talking more about this report on the Company Blog in the near future.
- Removed the Pro-Forma report, as it did not align with the way the industry currently calculates that report.
- Fixed an issue where the "Details" and "Indicators" buttons on the Cash Flow and Pro Forma reports would not toggle their sections after a certain number of clicks.
- Fixed an issue where the first-year calculations were incorrect in certain situations where the lease rolled over late in the year.
